Artists and entrepreneurs in industrious West Eugene are joining forces to create an interactive Art Hop that features locally owned hidden gem businesses and art galleries tucked away in the West Eugene Warehouse District.
The Art Hop will showcase West Eugene's many talented artists, musicians and business owners and hopes to bring awareness to Eugene residents how much the area just minutes from downtown has to offer. August 2nd will be the first of a monthly art event that encourages art goers to hop on their bikes or carpool with friends to enjoy scavenger hunts, live music, and a wide array of exhibits, collaborations, and special events.
From Noon-9pm, folks can hop from one locally owned West Eugene business to another to enjoy a wide variety of hand-crafted community happenings. A digital map of participating West Eugene locations with an itinerary of business hours and events will be available via our social media pages @warehousedistrictarthop on Instagram and others - see below for website QR code.
The Warehouse District Art Hop is a new gathering of folks who have creative & community oriented businesses in West Eugene. They aim to spark connection, creativity, and play while spotlighting support and recognition for the arts & artists in our community. Most of the participating artists have been in business for near to, or over a decade, and while this event is new, our participants are not.
Pump up your bike tires if you like to bike, round up your art-loving friends, and tour the many exciting businesses and art galleries sprinkled throughout the Westside Warehouse District.
